Because I've been exactly where you are.
I know what it's like to want to change so badly and still slip back into the same patterns.
I struggled with emotional eating, felt deep shame about my body and didn’t allow myself to truly rest, especially when life felt full.
It wasn't until I studied psychology and trained as a holistic lifestyle coach that everything changed.
I learned that my problem was never discipline.
It was that I was trying to change my behaviour without ever addressing what was driving it, the root cause.
Once I understood that, change became so much easier.
